21 days for happiness – day 4 of 21

Day 4! Woop woops 🙂

 

What do you think of yourself? Do you feel worthy? Do you feel loveable? I hope you do, even if you do or you don’t it will not hurt to amplify this. For others to accept and love you, you have to love and accept yourself first. When you feel good about yourself, you are able to give more to others too. Plus it will motivate you and make you feel healthier.

One thing that is important for happiness is self love. And thats the technique we will be working on today, if thats something you need to work more on you can use this as often as you like.
Whenever you pass a mirror, stop and look at yourself, tell yourself what you love about yourself, why you are worthy, why you accept yourself. If it feels too awkward to say out loud, you can just do it quietly of course. But I believe the effect will be best if you do it out loud. You can say: “I love you” , “You are worthy”, “Someone loves you”, “you are magnificent” etc – just see if you can find words that ressonate with yourself and use those 🙂

So try this today and see how it feels, and if you like it and feel a difference, or that you have use of it, then do it as often as possible, maybe every morning when you look in the mirror, and at night before you go to bed. It will give you a good start of the day 🙂

Today’s tasks are:

1. Write down minimum 5 things in your life that you are grateful for, or happy about.

And really feel the gratitude, feel the happiness within. If you can’t find 5 things, try to at least find 1, there is at least 1 thing you can be grateful for, I guarantee you. And if you find more than 5 that’s even better! Just try and see, it will make you happier.

And the earlier in the day you do it, the better.

2. Tell yourself in the mirror why you love and accept yourself 🙂 ❤

21 days for happiness – day 3 of 21

So we are already on day 3 of 21 – hang in there, every day is getting better 😀

How often do you say thank you? Do you just do so on habit or do you really mean it when you do? Unconsiously  we say thank you alot, at the store, thanks for dinner etc, which of course is great. BUT – do you really mean it when you say thank you? I want you to focus an extra bit on that today.

It’s important that the person you are saying thank you to really get the feeling you mean it. Can you try to smile while you say thank you on the phone for instance? I bet the one you talk with will notice that you are smiling while saying thank you, because it feels more like you actually mean it.

There are many reasons why saying thank you is important, one of them is to show other people that you are grateful for them, something they did or said, something they gave you, it can be so much. And for the universe to understand that you are grateful, you need to say thank you for as many things you can. Wire your brain to be thankful by saying it many many times. Today we are going to practice saying thank you 111 times. Thats just long enough for it to wire itself into your brain.

You will feel better, others will feel better, and the universe will provide you with more of what you want, because it knows that you are grateful. The law of attraction is cool that way 😀

Try to say thank you while you brush your teeth (you can say it quietly ;)), or while taking out the garbage, while doing dishes, while waiting on a red light. See if you can find a time it fits for you to make a sort of thank you habit. Then do this every day and see your life changing right in front of you.

Its best not to count your thank you’s, because then you will be focusing on counting insttead of actually the meaning of your words 😉  It doesn’t really matter the exact number you say it, but just say it alot!

So whenever you can today, say thank you many times! 😀111.png

2. Say thank you, many many times today, and keep doing this later as well. The more you use these tricks, the quicker your life will change for the better, for what you are really wanting out of life.

21 days for happiness – day 2 of 21

So how was your first day? Different I bet 🙂 But fun I hope 🙂
Most of us are so used to just complaining, and we focus a lot on the negative things in our lives. Even just a day started with gratitude can make you feel a change.
And if you find yourself having a horrible day, or something bad happens to you, you can look back into your notepad, or wherever you have written your gratitude list, and find the good things again.

Today I’m gonna talk about smiling a bit, a smile can do more than you imagine. It can change a persons day, I heard a story about a man that smiled at all strangers that he drove by, just because. And apparently he saved a woman’s life, because she had plans on ending her life that day, but the smile from that stranger made her think twice, and realize that someone probably cares about her. And its always that way, there is ALWAYS someone, at least one person that cares about you, no matter how alone you feel, no matter how badly you feel others are hating you. There is at least one person that cares about you, I promise. And you can also count me in, I care about you! You are never alone 🙂

A smile can change your day, just try to be mad and smile at the same time. 😉 I bet you can’t! 😀 Its close to impossible, maybe try that, next time you are having a feeling you don’t want to have, try to smile, it might actually help 🙂

A smile is contagious, if you smile to someone, chances are they will pass it on further, it can cause sort of a ripple effect of smiles. I can just picture dominoes of smiles falling 🙂 One after the other.

So whenever you can today, SMILE! 😀

21 days for happiness – day 1 of 21

Are you ready to uplift your life! Have a notepad ready and join me 😀

I think its important in life to find positive things, instead of focusing on the negatives. In order to get the most potential out of our lives I think we need to feel grateful for what we already have, and make an effort to really feel the gratitude.

For instance, if you complain about your health, you will be getting more bad health, you have seen it, people that are always sick always talk about it too, and it just gets worse and worse. Same about money, if you complain about the lack of money, that’s exactly what you will be getting, more lack of money. The  universe hears you complain about it, and notice that’s what you are focusing on, and therefore gives you more of that, its the law of attraction. The law of attraction gives you exactly what you ask for, always, without exception. I know its hard to believe, or hear, but just try to change your mindset for a while, and see if your life changes, it will take some effort, but I promise it will work! It always works, you just really, really need to believe it and work for it. And the work isn’t hard at all when you finally really get at it, its fun, and you will love it, and you will love the changes you see, and then you will probably feel happier too 🙂

So today we start, this is the first day of the rest of your life, and if you really follow my little experiment, and fully commit, you will probably start feeling happier inside, and actually start seeing parts of your life improve 🙂

 

Today’s tasks are:

Just try and see, it will make you happier.

2. Write down a top 10 wishlist, this one you will be using later, so just keep it with you.
It can be material things, or things you want to change within, with friends or family or whatever. It can be big or small, you can wish for a cup of coffee, a car, a perfect partner, a new fridge. Whatever it is, just find 10 things you really wish for and put them down on a piece of paper.

21 days for a happier life

Ready for some changes? Are you already happy? Or could it be better?

I think its not possible to be too happy, and its always room for improvement. Most of us are running around, so stressed out, don’t even have time to think about ourselves much, we are so busy doing everything society is expecting of us, our boss, the school, our family, our friends. Do we care too much about what everyone thinks? Probably.

Now its your chance to do some changes, you can do them together with me, I am working on improving my happiness as well, its always more fun to do it together with someone, we can even cheer each other on as we go! 😀 Woop woops.

Are you ready? I know I am! You can join whenever you feel the time is right, but remember, its no point postponing something that might actually help improve your life for the better 😉 Just be a little bit crazy, and go for it, it won’t hurt to give it a shot.
