21 days for happiness – day 3 of 21

So we are already on day 3 of 21 – hang in there, every day is getting better 😀

How often do you say thank you? Do you just do so on habit or do you really mean it when you do? Unconsiously  we say thank you alot, at the store, thanks for dinner etc, which of course is great. BUT – do you really mean it when you say thank you? I want you to focus an extra bit on that today.

It’s important that the person you are saying thank you to really get the feeling you mean it. Can you try to smile while you say thank you on the phone for instance? I bet the one you talk with will notice that you are smiling while saying thank you, because it feels more like you actually mean it.

There are many reasons why saying thank you is important, one of them is to show other people that you are grateful for them, something they did or said, something they gave you, it can be so much. And for the universe to understand that you are grateful, you need to say thank you for as many things you can. Wire your brain to be thankful by saying it many many times. Today we are going to practice saying thank you 111 times. Thats just long enough for it to wire itself into your brain.

You will feel better, others will feel better, and the universe will provide you with more of what you want, because it knows that you are grateful. The law of attraction is cool that way 😀

Try to say thank you while you brush your teeth (you can say it quietly ;)), or while taking out the garbage, while doing dishes, while waiting on a red light. See if you can find a time it fits for you to make a sort of thank you habit. Then do this every day and see your life changing right in front of you.

Its best not to count your thank you’s, because then you will be focusing on counting insttead of actually the meaning of your words 😉  It doesn’t really matter the exact number you say it, but just say it alot!

So whenever you can today, say thank you many times! 😀111.png

Today’s tasks are:

1. Write down minimum 5 things in your life that you are grateful for, or happy about.

And really feel the gratitude, feel the happiness within. If you can’t find 5 things, try to at least find 1, there is at least 1 thing you can be grateful for, I guarantee you. And if you find more than 5 that’s even better! Just try and see, it will make you happier.

And the earlier in the day you do it, the better.

2. Say thank you, many many times today, and keep doing this later as well. The more you use these tricks, the quicker your life will change for the better, for what you are really wanting out of life.
